Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Wind & Weather

Paradise Entertainment will not deliver inflatables if wind speeds/gusts are forecasted to be greater than 15mph. This is non-negotiable.

Wind above this speed can rip stakes out of the ground, which can cause the inflatable to become airborne. Children have died in these instances.

Safety is our biggest priority.

In the event of excessive wind forecast, Paradise Entertainment will fully refund or allow a reschedule. 

As for rain, if there is greater than 60% chance, Paradise will refund the event or allow reschedule.

If the chances are less than 60%, it is up to the discretion of the customer on whether to cancel. However, if you choose to proceed and it begins to rain after setup, no refunds will be given

No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Yes. We do not provide this, You will need to have a standard water hose available for any water units. Depending on the location, please make sure your hose will reach. We will hook up and test. If unsure please ask us.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (use of fireworks, silly string, sharp objects, etc)  you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules, so that you can be informed.
